Norwell's IDEAL Model for Change
Norwell has developed a four-step approach to organizational change and
business utrnaround, our IDEAL model.  This approach has been successfully
used to help large and small companies and organizations deal with a wide array
of challenges.  
Founded on the principles of Immersion Learning Norwell’s IDEAL model is a four-
step process with a strong learning orientation.  The following describes Norwell’s
role in the change process:

    organization leaders and followers

Step Two:         Discover/Diagnose
  • Develop customized analytical tools
  • Identify areas of success and areas needing improvement

Step Three:       Enlist/Engage
  • Present results and recommendations to coalition of leaders and followers
  • Develop action plans with active participation of leaders and followers

Step Four:         Act/Apply
  • Initiate appropriate action guided by leaders and followers, influenced by    
    Norwell
  • Stay in touch with the change process until it is complete

Continuous:      Learning Process
  • Ensure that true learning occurs during the change
  • Enable leaders and followers to conduct independent, ongoing guidance
