Norwell's principals and affiliates have been helping organizations improve for
more than forty years.
We believe in the power of people. We also believe that in most organizations
the people are largely an untapped resource. Norwell specializes diagnosing
the unseen roadblocks to success in an organization and in teaching leaders
and followers how to use the power of their people to meet the organization’s
challenges and improve its performance. A natural by-product of this learning
process is a better life professionally and personally for those who participate.
Our two flagship programs are Authentic Leadership and The Edison Innovation
Event. Each of these programs can be used as part of a corporate turnaround
or in addressing an organizational weakness.
In addition to Authentic Leadership and Innovation, we provide other
supportive training programs. All of our training programs are based on the
principles of Immersion Learning, a unique methodology used to assist others
master new concepts and skills. These programs can be customized to meet
specific needs. They are independently available to clients who are only
interested in the training.
Norwell has been successful in corporate turnarounds and in making good
organizations even better. We have seen great improvements in profitability
and employee satisfaction as we work to improve organizations. Over a period
of many years, we have created the IDEAL Model for change in organizations.
