An Introduction

program that provides all the benefits of a typical outplacement approach at a
fraction of the cost to your company. Beginning with a thorough analysis of each
participant’s marketable skills and personal interests, this program helps develop
their ability to identify and pursue employment opportunities and then builds skills
required to interview for and secure the best possible job.

Creating Your Edge has a uniquely designed team approach giving participants
the support and coaching they need after the program is completed and
participants are on their own. In addition, participants leave the course with
carefully designed handbooks to direct them through the process of seeking
employment opportunities, obtaining interviews and evaluating that all
“important” offer of employment. Finally, aside from gaining valuable employment
skills, participants will gain personal insights into their professional aspirations
and purpose.
