Career Enhancement Program
In today’s economy, many companies are still confronted with the prospects of
reorganization, buyouts and downsizing. They are frequently faced with many
difficult choices, often resulting in the forced loss of valued employees through
staff reductions and layoffs. Most companies would like to do more to help their
terminated employees through what can be a difficult and traumatic period, but
are hampered by limited means.
The Career Enhancement Program (CEP) is a two day program which guides the
participants through an evaluation of their employment skills and life needs,
provides them with the ability to identify and pursue employment opportunities
and teaches them the skills required to interview and close on the job that is right
for them. CEP’s uniquely designed team approach gives the participants the
support and coaching they need after the program has been completed and they
are on their own. Likewise, participants will leave the course with carefully
designed handbooks to guide them through the process of seeking out
employment opportunities, obtaining interviews and evaluating that all important
offer of employment. During the program, participants also come to a better
understanding of who they are and what they are looking for, not just in their
careers, but out of life in general.
